ZOO Me Now “Alone” by Holier Than Thou Records
ZOO ME NOW plays energetic, unpolished rock with an edge. The band was formed 19th of March 2013 and since then, things have accelerated : played 50+ concerts in a wide range of Danish festivals and venues, celebrated their debut EP in a packed venue (High Voltage), and been involved in several arrangements by ORA (Danish music interest group) leading to valuable feedback and compliments by established national artists, professionals of many branches, including photographers, booking and management agents. Likewise, the Danish brewery Royal Unibrew has on multiple occasions sponsored ZOO ME NOW for special activities such as two release parties and an exclusive showcase. Along the way ZOO ME NOW teamed up with film producer Nuka Woelk (who has worked with great international artists such as The Raveonettes) which resulted in a well-produced short film/music video for the debut single “Die For Me”. In effect of all these activities, the band has signed a contract with the British label/A&R/management team Holier Than Thou Records, leading to airplay in Australia shortly after. In 2015 ZOO ME NOW will release their 2nd EP, ”High on Speed” with a music video, and plan on touring in Denmark, England and Germany with assistance from Holier Than Thou management.
